Access this location for those arriving from the Sakleshpur side, Navigate through the Shirdi ghat road and make a left turn at Marenahalli. Continue along the rural highway, crossing check dams, and just before turning left towards Hongadahalla, take a right towards Yedekumeri. After approximately one kilometer, you'll encounter a steep dirt track on your right. Follow this dirt track, ascend rapidly, stay to your left, and descend steeply until you reach the Yedekumeri bridge and the railway track. This spot is situated between tunnel 11 and 12 on the Donigal – Subramanya railway line.
Sakleshpur Wooden Railway Track
For those arriving from Kukke Subramanya, Arkalgud, or Coorg; Embark on the iconic green railway track trek of Karnataka. At Kudrasthe junction, take the road leading to Sakleshpur via Bachalli. Turn left at Bachalli and proceed towards Athihally. At Athihally, make a right turn and continue towards Hongadahalla. Upon reaching Hongadahalla, turn right and head straight to Yedekumeri village.
Disregard the road turning right towards Marenahalli and Shirdi ghat highway. After a kilometer from this diversion, take a right towards the steep dirt track. Ascend rapidly, keep to your left, and continue on the steep descent until you reach the Yedekumeri bridge and the railway track.
